How Monthly plans work:

Each monthly plan allows you use our services for one month and will automatically renew month to month giving you continuous service.  This one month time period begins on the day you initially pay for your plan which is also when your billing cycle starts.  There is no sign up fee, you only pay for the amount specified for the plan that you choose.  Also, you can sign up to a plan at any time. (For instance, if you select a plan on July 17th your credit card will be billed on the 17th of every month.)

There is no contract and you can cancel at any time.  If you cancel you will still be able to use the rest of the month that you have already paid for but you will not be billed for anything else, unless of course you choose to continue service and sign up to a plan again.

Each monthly plan specifies how many numbers you are able to monitor and how often you are able to monitor them and are broken down in detail in the next section.

 

Features included in all plans:

All of our plans include the following features:

  • Create up to 100 Contacts for failure notification
  • Create up to 100 Schedules
  • Access to listen to and/or download any of your phone call recordings for up to 7 days after each call was made.
  • Access to all of your call records indefinitely
  • Use of the Run Now feature up to 5 times during any one month billing cycle.
  • Adjustable recording length.
  • Free technical support and Customer Care.

  

Details of each plan:

There are 6 different plans to choose from, 3 for "Small Business" and another 3 for "Enterprise Business" as listed below:

 

 Small Business Standard - This plan allows you to monitor one phone number as often as every 15 minutes.

 Small Business Enhanced - This plan allows you to monitor up to 5 phone numbers as often as every 15 minutes.

 Small Business Priority - This plan allows you to monitor up to 5 phone numbers as often as every 10 minutes.

 

 Enterprise Gold - This plan allows you to monitor up to 5 phone numbers as often as every 5 minutes.

 Enterprise Platinum - This plan allows you to monitor up to 20 phone numbers as often as every 10 minutes.

 Enterprise Unlimited - This plan allows you to monitor virtually an unlimited amount of number as often as every 1 minute.  ***

 

*** The Unlimited Plan includes one phone channel to make consecutive calls on 24 x7.  If your scheduling needs require simultaneous calls then you can order additional B channels by contacting us.
